Because with a limited resource and increasing in number of users will eventually affect negatively on the per unit performance for each user. As it will take more time to load ur websites or upload your content on them so both buyers and sellers will find it more bothering to get connected through such service or even some of the users leave the community for the slow performance leading to decrease in the social welfare
